Almost Move in Ready

Almost there!! We are past the projected deadline but it’s out of our control. We have to wait on the windows from the manufacturer and the approved porch permit. The total project is scheduled to be complete in two weeks and will be ready for a new owner.


So Close, Yet So Far

The side walk has been repaired and the concrete slab in the backyard has been resurfaced and looks new. The partial fence running along the rear of the back yard has been removed and preparation is underway to add a wooden gate along the rear of the property. The kitchen cabinets have been removed to be leveled and the stairwell has been refinished with new spindles. Will this project be done on time???? Stay tuned to find out!


One Week to Go

There are only 9 days left until scheduled completion!! The kitchen cabinets are being measured for a custom build around the refrigerator. The broken concrete in the back has been removed and there is now a nice concrete slab for a patio table. Unfortunately, the plumber had to open up the walls in the owners suite bath to properly install the water lines for the shower and tub but it’s all about perfection. Stay tuned, updates are soon to come.
